Description
Husqvarna model 4 rolling block rifle. Caliber 20/45, rifled barrel. A shortened caliber 20 shell was used in combination with a round ball (16.7 mm) and black powder load. It’s a civilian version of the rolling block rifle and not an altered military version. This one has a spiral rifled barrel, you also see the with straight rifling. Mechanically in very good condition. Internally the barrel is in good condition. Stock is in good condition.
Produced between 1877 and 1912. This model is produced before 1901 as it doesn’t have a safety hammer.
